Submission of this application authorizes the TruLink Consortium, if applicant is accepted for membership as a participating or informational member, to: (a) include applicant's name in the official and public list of members of the TruLink Consortium, wherever such list is printed or reproduced, (b) prepare and issue a press release regarding such membership, subject to the prior approval of such a statement by the applicant's designated primary representative (see below), and (c) include applicant's name as a member in any notices required to be filed with the U.S. or any foreign government, including without limitations the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, which notices may subsequently be published in any form, including, without limitation, the Federal Register.
